Handcrafted in Ireland by Cian Magill, this Personalised Wooden Celtic Cross holds a truly unique story. Custom-engraved with the surname of your choice, it’s the perfect piece of Irish wall decor for any home!

Made from a native Irish Ash tree that lived in County Galway since circa 1930s, each cross is a one-of-a-kind. A deeply heartfelt gift for your loved-ones, it’s ideal for those of Irish heritage.

It also comes packaged beautifully, with a lovely gift box and accompanying info cards. See description below for what’s included. Size: 330mm x 180mm x 24mm (13″ x 7″ x 1″). Free Worldwide Delivery (most countries).

Surname can also be as Gaeilge (if requested, Cian will translate this for you). Enter surname and language below. Example: O’Sullivan, Irish. Text is engraved in the charming Irish ‘Seanchló’ font (used in Ireland since medieval times).

The Story of Your Personalised Celtic Cross…

This piece holds a deep significance. It all started when a customer requested something truly special – a handcrafted Celtic cross that would honour their Irish surname and heritage. Inspired by this, I set out to craft a wooden cross made from native Irish Ash, a tree deeply rooted in Irish folklore and tradition.

Each piece is made from a tree that lived in County Galway since circa 1930s, carrying the history of Ireland within its grain. As each surname is engraved in the traditional Seanchló (old Gaelic) font, I’m reminded of the generations before us who carried these names with pride.

One particular customer shared a touching story – his grandparents emigrated from Ireland to America, bringing their faith and traditions with them. Now, he gifts this cross to his family as a way to reconnect with their Irish roots, a lasting tribute to their lineage.
